By accessing or using Orbitium, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Service Description

Orbitium provides orbital visualization, satellite tracking context, deep-space mission views, curated mission information, and event dashboards. The website is informational and experimental.

No Flight-Critical Use

Orbitium is not a flight-certified, navigation-certified, or mission-operations authority. Do not rely on Orbitium for spacecraft operations, aviation, navigation, emergency decisions, safety-of-life decisions, or any use requiring validated official data.

Data Accuracy

Orbital and ephemeris data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, approximate, or affected by third-party service changes. Mission and event content may be curated and may not reflect the latest official status.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt service availability, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Orbitium in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

Orbitium may use third-party data sources, analytics, advertising, maps, visualization libraries, and infrastructure. Those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Orbitium branding, interface design, original text, and original software are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party names, mission names, agency names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
